Man shot; Life Insurance Refuses to Pay Because He Had Hepatitis

After a woman’s husband was shot in the back and killed, the life insurance company Settler’s Life Insurance refused to pay because he had a pre-existing case of Hepatitis C and the disease was a deal breaker. What the hell is this? If the hepatitis didn’t kill him, she should still get the life insurance. Needless to say, she’s taking them to court. I would too.
